Recruiter to Juneporten

As a recruiter at Juneporten, you will have a broad and varied role where you drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with HR and the Recruitment Manager, supporting the organization in attracting and recruiting the right talent for our continued growth.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job profile and advertising to interviews, reference checks, and hiring
• Collaborate with and support managers in recruitment-related matters
• Onboarding and introduction of new employees
• Contribute to the development of our recruitment strategies and methods
• Work proactively to attract candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline
